All made onsite by our vibrant, educated, and health conscious mama Nancy who is a Certified Nutritarian Coach. Most of the produce is grown on the property and anything we cannot grow ourselves is sourced as locally as possible. The menu will change with the seasons and will always be vegetarian. If retreat guests have a preference for pure vegan, we can accommodate this.
Dietary needs, sensitivities, allergies and special requests will be addressed during the phone consultation once you Book Your Retreat. Every meal is prepared fresh with love, attention and nutritional knowledge that supports intentions for healing, detox, spiritual practice, lightness of body and clarity of mind… wholesome nourishment with delicious taste!
We also understand that everyone is unique with unique dietary needs. If meat is requested to be part of the menu during your personal retreat, it will only be served once per week. All of our grass range beef comes from Robert’s childhood home, The Blackmore Family Ranch in Alberta where the land is healthy, making this beef incredibly medicinal when honoured and received as such.
