It was so personal (my retreat), writing about it is limiting to the experience. The rapid change and growth that followed my experience left me little time to dwell on the experience itself. Since I have been home, the journey before me has opened up in ways I never imagined or expected.

I hope that when others choose to go, that they are open and ready for where their life wants to take them. Shekinah and Robert are beautiful hosts and guides to hold space for you to step into your growth and development. The journey is always up to you, but you couldn't ask for better friends to stop and nourish yourself with along the way.
